Team Lead IT Performance Management (m/f/d)

For Group IT Operations and Optimisations department we are seeking with immediate effect a Team Lead IT Performance Management (m/f/d) for our Berlin office.



Joining Digital Platforms as Team Lead IT Performance Management you will manage a small team of resources across UK and Germany, supporting the Digital Platforms Portfolio in Performance Management and Administration for Senior Leadership. The focus of this position is on pro-actively providing an independent view and analysis across the Portfolio of KPIs and trending on delivery and on ensuring transparency of information to enable senior management decisions which lead to the overall success of the group. In addition to KPI definition, reporting and trending, you will also be responsible for the smooth running of the Digital Platforms organisation from an administrative standpoint. This includes line owning the processes for new starter on-boarding, resource management, communications, facilities, vendor management and knowledge management (through tools such as Share Point and Microsoft Teams). In detail your tasks include:


  • Setting the performance analysis strategy with input from lead and senior members of Digital Platforms
  • Managing the organisation’s performance analysis capability through business planning and development
  • Reviewing organisational goals in terms of quality, quantity, cost or timeliness
  • Conducting ongoing measurements and observations to track and feedback on performance of workstreams
  • Identifying opportunities to continuously evolve the delivery of KPIs and metrics via data driven decisions
  • Being responsible for a small team of 2 analysts and 2 administrators, including objective setting and performance reviews
  • Establishing and running the processes for Contract & Vendor Management, Resource Management, Communications, new starter on-boarding, and strategic initiative support



  • Work experience in providing, visualising, and communicating data and KPI driven analysis and insights in an digital environment; ideally worked in the field of Performance Management  /Measurement before
  • Ability to exploit and enhance analytical capability in alignment with business goals
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Experience in line management is beneficial
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding time and performance management skills; very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities
  • Excellent communication skills; preferably experience in working within intercultural and remote teams
  • Very good English language skills; German is a plus
