For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect a: IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) Hotels & Resorts Ancillary Platform

Eight developers based in Portugal - Lisbon and the department based in Hanover are looking for you as a committed business analyst. Together we are responsible for new and further developments in the exciting and diverse environment of our hotel landscape. We are an agile team and regularly exchange ideas with other teams from this environment.

This is what you will be doing in your function as a business analyst:

  • Responsible for the acceptance and joint development of the requirements, the processes as well as the assessment of the technical implementation possibilities
  • Professionally further develop the processes, microservices and APIs to improve the added value, quality or reduction of manual effort in the hotel environment
  • Technical contact for our provided APIs, microservices and business processes for real-time hotel networking
  • Document customer process requirements
  • Support the creation of the system design / system architecture
  • Realise as-is surveys of current applications, IT landscapes and data models
  • Prepare technical recommendations and decisions for planned solutions
  • Academic Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable MINT training course
  • Good knowledge of JSON, XML, gRPC, Puppet, Websockets, SQL and Linux
  • IT architecture know-how in SOA, Microservices, and API Driven Design
  • Ideally first experiences with Cloud Platforms like AWS, Google or Azure
  • Technologies such as WSO2, MuleSoft and Apigee are no foreign word
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Agile mindset and corresponding development practice in local and international teams
  • Strong communication team player with a high willingness to learn
