For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect a: HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

  • Professionally support international executives in all questions, tasks and planning relating to labour law and management issues
  • Cooperate in a spirit of trust with the works council committees on individual personnel measures as well as on all matters requiring coordination and information
  • Pulse generator for strategic HR topics and conceptual HR solutions that support the corporate strategy in a target-oriented manner
  • Initiate and promote change processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Support and advise executives in the recruitment, development, retention and assessment of employees in complex matrix structures of an internationally operating company
  • Develop and expand HR expertise; further develop, applicate and implement HR processes
  • Concept, implement and support of the bonus system and the associated processes
  • Coordinate and support the company-wide employee survey
  • Design and participate in complex national and international projects
  • Record company-relevant HR key figures as well as evaluate and derive meaningful strategies and optimisation strategies
  • University degree in business administration or social sciences with a focus on human resources management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic and operative personnel work, preferably in the personnel department of an internationally active company
  • Sound specialist knowledge of personnel recruitment and personnel development as well as good knowledge of labour law, social security law and industrial constitution law
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office programs, especially Excel; very good SAP/HR knowledge as well as affinity for numbers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Assertiveness paired with diplomatic skills
  • Flexibility and resilience, even in time-critical situations
