Collaboration & Business Process Specialist (m/f/d)

Become a part of TUI Aviation IT, the center of IT know-how for TUI Aviation where digital solutions for all our Airline Business requirements are created. As Collaboration and Business Process Specialist you will be part of the Performance & Transformation Team within Aviation IT. The mission of this team is to improve performance within our organisation by enhancing the value creation of our people and colleagues, developing our strategy and supporting the CIO with its Leadership Team in business matters, projects, reporting and governance processes. We make IT happen.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Promote the cultural change in TUI Aviation IT by conceiving, planning and implementing internal collaboration strategies which apply the latest trends in new ways of working
  • Inspire and increase engagement by ensuring the effective use of internal communication tools (e.g. Yammer, Teams, Vlogs etc.) and by promoting Aviation IT achievements internally and externally
  • Develop and implement concepts for internal events or campaigns (e.g. team day with more than 100 participants)
  • Lead the communication champions of Aviation IT, a multi-national team of ~10 colleagues supporting your communication activities
  • Prepare presentations, reports and analysis (e.g. for external conferences with CIO participation, quarterly business reviews, ad-hoc requests) for C-Level stakeholders to support our management information capabilities
  • Improve and optimize internal business and governance processes and liaise with external interfaces, co-ordinate and support in strategic projects

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • University degree in the field of business or information management, business administration, sciences, communication or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in development and implementation of collaboration and communication strategies preferable
  • Interest in the travel industry, digitalization, technology developments and a keen eye for the latest trends in New Work and innovations
  • Strong knowledge of collaboration methodologies and communication tools e.g. MS Office 365 (incl. Teams, Yammer, etc.)
  • A team player with excellent communication, good presentation and networking skills
  • Critical but creative thinking and the ability to continually challenge teams in their ways of working
  • A trustworthy person with a can do attitude and desire to find the best solution in every situation  
  • Analytical mind set and a high process orientation with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English, further languages like German would be an advantage
  • Interest of working across borders in an international environment incl. willingness to travel
